New Wave Planning's mission is to create communities in which people want to live and which function sustainably.

Generally, residential projects incorporating smart growth principles, assistance on large projects to cities and large firms and innovative local ecosystem-based management projects are the firm’s specialty.

New Wave Planning will complete development-related projects. However, our mission and principles such as creating a sustainable community will be upheld. (See below for what we don’t do).
