Mission
New Wave Planning's mission is to create communities in which people want to live and which function sustainably.

What we do:
Generally, residential projects incorporating smart growth principles, assistance on large projects to cities and large firms and innovative local ecosystem-based management projects are the firm’s specialty.

If you are a homeowner and would like to explore the potential of converting your garage, basement to a rentable-residence or would like to construct a detached or attached “granny flat” (called an Accessory Dwelling Unit), please contact us today to help determine your options.

New Wave Planning will complete development-related projects. However, our mission and principles such as creating a sustainable community will be upheld. (See below for what we don’t do). If you would like to use LEED elements, create a sustainable design or management program / ordinance, please contact us.
